A new upscale brasserie in Midtown Atlanta, bringing together the soul of Haitian French Creole cooking and the depth of Thai flavors.

Chef Jonny Rhodes returns from Haiti, France & Southeast Asia with his second restaurant—alonetogether—in Atlanta, GA.

alonetogether marks Chef Rhodes’ return to the food & hospitality scene after closing his acclaimed restaurant, Indigo, and his grocery store concept, Broham, in Houston, TX in 2021. Embarking on a five-year sabbatical, Chef Rhodes traveled across Southeast Asia, West Asia, Europe, Africa and the Caribbean in search of historical education, inspiration and certain experiences that you can’t easily find in The States.

Renowned for his slow, methodical and intentional cooking style, Chef Rhodes similarly approached his time away from the kitchen, taking in the Earth, the Sea and the Air, and connecting with Indigenous people across multiple continents. Through these experiences, he had the opportunity to witness religious ceremonies and agricultural practices, observing the impacts that food has in those spaces.

Since returning to the United States, Chef Rhodes has settled down in Atlanta, GA to bring forth alonetogether, a new concept that epitomizes all of those experiences.

The name alonetogether is decidedly polysemous. It means us vs. them. It means even if we have nothing, we have each other. It means a deep intimacy between lovers. It means honoring the experience of people who have traversed struggle, or grasped prosperity. In other words, no one is ever alone. We are all in communion…with someone…with something…and we all seek community…you just have to find yours.
